About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products or services, and generating qualified leads. This is a full‑time position suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and resolve basic queries.
- Generate leads and maintain follow‑up with prospects.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.
Required profile
- Educational qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
