About the role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our fast‑growing women’s clothing brand. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products and provide support.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
Maintain a positive and professional tone during all interactions.
Record call details and update customer information in the system.

Required profile

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

What we offer

Full‑time permanent position.
Working hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
Weekly off on Sunday.
