About the role
We are looking for an energetic Telecaller to join our solar energy team in Noida. You will be the voice of our brand, engaging customers over the phone to promote sustainable solar panel solutions and drive lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to present solar panel products and services.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and answer technical queries.
- Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM records and follow up on qualified leads.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Ability to explain technical aspects of solar panels in simple terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Knowledge of solar panel technology and basic renewable‑energy concepts.
