Telecaller – Sales (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, target‑oriented Telecaller – Sales to manage incoming leads, engage prospective patients, understand their healthcare requirements and turn qualified enquiries into confirmed appointments and paid services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, referrals and other sources.
• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries, explain DocHome services, pricing and treatment processes.
• Build trust with patients and family members and maintain professional communication.
• Follow up regularly with interested or undecided leads and convert them into appointments.
• Share quotations, coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and update lead status in the CRM.
• Record reasons for non‑conversion, upsell or cross‑sell relevant healthcare services where appropriate.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets while maintaining data accuracy.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English; Bengali is a plus.
• Sales‑oriented, target‑driven and able to handle patient queries with empathy.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and listening skills.
• Ability to make a high volume of calls and follow up consistently.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales, telecalling, insurance or diagnostics is advantageous.
