Telecaller / Sales Executive (On-site)

About the role

Thaicco Media is seeking a motivated and result‑oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, promote services, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads.
• Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Present and explain company services to clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in digital marketing/media sales is a plus.
