Telecaller – Real Estate Sales

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our real‑estate sales team in Coimbatore. The role focuses on contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads and supporting the sales team to meet its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects from the provided database.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers and answer queries.
• Generate and qualify sales leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain accurate interaction records in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure smooth lead management.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Any graduate (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service or real‑estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent communication in Tamil; English knowledge is a plus.
• Good persuasion, negotiation and target‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (including Excel).
• Experience using CRM software for tracking leads.
