Telecaller – Real Estate (Outbound/Inbound)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real‑estate tech startup in India, transforming how buyers and sellers connect in Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 markets. As a Telecaller you will be the first point of contact for qualified leads, turning cold inquiries into warm conversations and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound and inbound calls to real‑estate prospects across India, following scripted pitches and objection‑handling playbooks.
• Qualify leads by assessing budget, location preference, timeline and financing readiness, and record real‑time notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives to schedule property visits, demo tours and document collection, ensuring no lead drop‑off.
• Meet daily KPIs such as call volume, conversion and callback rates, monitored via a real‑time dashboard.
• Escalate complex queries or high‑intent prospects to team leads or sales managers within the defined SLA.
• Stay updated on current property listings, pricing trends and financing options to provide accurate information.

Required profile

• Experience in inbound/outbound telecalling or call‑center environment.
• Familiarity with real‑estate domain (residential or commercial) is a plus.
• Fluency in at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali) alongside English.

Required skills

• CRM tools: Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales.
• Microsoft Excel for reporting trends.
• Google Sheets for data entry and sorting.
• Cloud telephony platforms: Talkdesk, Freshcaller, Ringover.
