Telecaller – Real Estate (Madhapur, Hyderabad)

About the role

We are seeking a confident and well‑spoken Telecaller to join our real‑estate team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The role focuses on generating and nurturing leads for our property projects through outbound calls and effective customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real‑estate project details.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects.
• Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and schedule site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified prospects.
• Maintain lead data, update call status, and manage CRM records.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers to enhance conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Confident speaking ability and strong customer‑handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of lead follow‑ups and CRM/data management.
• Ability to meet calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
