Telecaller – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

The Telecaller will work on‑site in Hyderabad, making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote SOGO India’s technology solutions. This full‑time position focuses on generating interest, qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
• Explain offerings clearly, answer customer queries and update their information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate call records and adhere to scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and local languages with professional telephone etiquette.
• Customer‑service mindset, ability to handle objections and generate leads.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work full‑time on‑site in Hyderabad.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer support is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
