About the role
This full‑time on‑site Telecaller position in Lucknow involves making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting the company’s real‑estate offerings and handling inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Provide information about real‑estate products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in scheduling site visits.
- Record client interactions and transaction details.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and databases.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
- Freshers (0‑1 year experience) are welcome.
