Telecaller – Outbound Sales for Real Estate

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our sales team in Hyderabad. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will engage prospective customers, present our residential projects, and nurture leads through effective follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and answer inbound inquiries.
- Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits clearly.
- Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and guide them toward booking a site visit.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly lead‑conversion targets.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong persuasion skills and the capacity to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing sales records.
