About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Maharashtra. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Provide accurate information and answer queries related to our offerings.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction during every interaction.
Required skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
