Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Sales Support

About the role

The WireMonster is seeking a full‑time Telecaller to join its team in Mohali. Working both on‑site and remotely, you will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective and existing clients, explain the agency’s digital‑marketing services, and support campaign‑related communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from potential and current clients.
• Follow approved scripts and guidelines while delivering clear information about services.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update client records in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Gather client requirements, address basic questions, and handle objections.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and contribute to a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills with clear telephone etiquette in both Hindi and English.
• Basic sales and customer‑service abilities, including persuasion and relationship building.
• Excellent data‑entry and record‑keeping capabilities.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills to handle call volumes and follow‑ups.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior telecalling or inside‑sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for logging calls and updating client information.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Comfort using phone systems and call‑center software.
