Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Customer Support

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our call‑center team in New Delhi. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, presenting our products and services to potential customers while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Receive inbound customer calls and address queries promptly.
- Explain products and services clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain accurate call records and update Excel reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Attend calls originating from India Mart as required.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
