Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Customer Service (New Delhi)

About the role

Recova Enterprises is seeking a full‑time Telecaller to join its New Delhi office. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, informing customers about products and services, answering queries, and supporting sales and service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls following approved scripts.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies on data privacy and professional conduct.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Customer‑service mindset with patience, empathy, and problem‑solving ability.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or communications is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Delhi and follow assigned shift timings.
