Telecaller (On‑site, Ahmedabad)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telecaller to join our on‑site team in Ahmedabad. You will be the voice of our studio, handling both outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, providing clear information about our services and ensuring a professional experience on every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on existing prospects.
• Answer inbound calls, address basic inquiries, and share details about studio offerings.
• Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM or lead‑management tools, and keep spreadsheets up to date.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for sales and project teams.
• Collect client feedback and support simple administrative tasks related to communication.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and local languages with confident phone etiquette.
• Active listening skills to understand client needs and provide accurate information.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage call lists and documentation.
• Customer‑service mindset with patience and professionalism.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
