About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller / Lead Calling Executive / Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role focuses on reaching out to potential leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into clients. Key responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to cold and potential leads.
• Understand lead requirements and communicate our services effectively.
• Follow up with leads and work towards conversion into clients.
• Maintain and regularly update lead sheets and calling records.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with interested prospects.
• Handle basic client communication and follow‑ups.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead‑conversion targets.

Required profile

• Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 6 months–1 year of telecalling/sales experience.
• Confident, punctual and able to manage regular calling and follow‑up activities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Fluent communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Good understanding of customer behaviour and basic psychology.
• Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Disciplined and organised work approach.
