Telecaller

About the role

Lecturewala is seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to engage with prospective students, understand their educational needs, and guide them through our course offerings and admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
• Explain courses, batches, fees, offers, and learning options.
• Understand student requirements and recommend relevant courses.
• Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain lead records and regularly update follow‑up status.
• Convert interested enquiries into admissions.
• Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Sales, telecalling, counselling, or EdTech experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
