About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls promoting solar panel solutions in Noida. The role involves educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and managing lead follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote solar panel solutions.
- Educate customers about solar energy benefits and product offerings.
- Maintain call records and follow up with leads.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Ability to explain technical aspects of solar panels to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
