Telecaller – Healthcare Leads (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to manage healthcare leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. The role involves contacting prospective patients, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads generated from digital marketing initiatives.
• Engage with prospective patients to identify their healthcare requirements.
• Explain available treatments, consultations, and services.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and schedule them with doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
• Conduct follow‑ups to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate call records and update appointment statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless lead management.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and outbound calling abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency with familiarity in CRM systems.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, lead generation, or healthcare coordination.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
