Telecaller Executive (Sales/Business Development)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting to support our sales pipeline. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in telemarketing and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and customer details.
• Handle basic customer queries and resolve them professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Coordinate closely with the sales and business development team.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (minimum qualification: Graduate) are welcome.
• Candidates residing in Bhubaneswar or nearby areas are preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Odia.
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
