Telecaller Executive – Remote (Jharsuguda, India)

About the role

Padmaja Global is seeking enthusiastic Telecaller Executives to join its sales team. The position is remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting the company's growth in Jharsuguda, Odisha.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce and explain Padmaja Global’s products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective telecalling techniques.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service during calls.
• Document call details and customer information accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on inquiries, provide additional information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed targets for call volume and lead generation.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; prior telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
