About the role
Exlearn Technologies, a fast‑growing EdTech company in Pune, is seeking a Telecaller Executive to engage prospective students, qualify leads and support our enrollment process.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up with prospective students.
- Qualify leads.
- Schedule counselling sessions.
- Update CRM with interaction details.
