Telecaller Executive

About the role

The Telecaller Executive will join AM First Assistance LLP in Indore to manage both inbound and outbound calls related to the company’s loan and refinance products. You will guide customers through eligibility criteria, documentation requirements and help them understand the benefits of used‑car refinance, personal, business and home loans.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, explaining loan and refinance offerings.
• Guide customers through eligibility checks and required documentation.
• Follow up on leads, update call records in the CRM system and coordinate with internal teams.
• Address customer queries, build rapport and maintain a courteous communication style.
• Achieve daily call targets and contribute to sales conversions.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and emerging market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with relationship‑building abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, accurate data entry and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
• Sales‑driven mindset, negotiation skills and target‑focused work habits.
• Problem‑solving ability, patience and capacity to handle objections.
• Prior telecalling or financial‑services experience is beneficial.
• Minimum education: high‑school diploma; a graduate degree is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Indore and adapt to flexible schedules.
