Telecaller Executive – B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Telecaller Executive to engage with existing and potential insurance partners, build relationships, and drive agent activation for Capital Cure Insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance agents and potential business partners.
• Reconnect with inactive agents and encourage them to restart their business.
• Contact new prospects, explain the business model, products, services, and partner benefits.
• Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities through calls.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and existing partners.
• Assist agents during onboarding and activation.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with insurance partners.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth partner activation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, lead status, and agent activity.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and activation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling regular follow‑ups.
• Preferably candidates with telecalling, sales, insurance, or B2B experience.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
