About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and result‑oriented Telecallers to join our Delhi team. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information, and maintaining precise records while communicating fluently in English and Hindi.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls as per daily requirements.
- Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
- Provide accurate information to callers.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and result‑oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

- Experience with CRM systems for updating call records.
