About the role

The Telecaller will join BuyBuyCart’s customer support team in Noida, handling both inbound and outbound calls. This full‑time, on‑site position involves assisting shoppers with product information, order placement, and basic troubleshooting while promoting relevant offers.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer queries via phone, providing clear and accurate product and order information.
Follow scripts and maintain detailed call records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and update customers on order status.
Meet daily call targets and adhere to quality and communication guidelines.

Required profile

Strong verbal communication in English and local languages with confident telephone etiquette.
Customer‑service orientation, active listening, patience, and ability to handle complaints professionally.
Basic computer literacy and ability to manage call volumes and document interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
