Telecaller / Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller / Business Development Executive to promote our gold‑related products and services in Hyderabad. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating leads, and supporting channel partner initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and explain the company’s gold purchase, jewellery, and gold pledge release services.
• Generate and qualify leads for gold‑related products.
• Introduce and promote channel partner and master franchise programs.
• Follow up with interested customers, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in the CRM or lead‑management system.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support.
• Ability to communicate fluently in at least two of the following languages: Telugu, English, Hindi.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities with a target‑oriented attitude.
• Positive attitude and willingness to meet performance goals.
• Experience in banking, finance, gold loan, jewellery, insurance, real‑estate or related financial services is preferred.
