Telecaller – B2B Lead Generation & SaaS Sales Support

About the role

Quantazone is seeking a confident Telecaller to boost its B2B lead generation and SaaS sales pipeline. You will engage prospective clients, qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team while maintaining a professional communication style.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce Quantazone’s services and solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through structured conversations.
• Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time.
• Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Understand client requirements and position relevant SaaS or digital solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and meeting bookings.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably B2B/SaaS).
• Strong, persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and drive conversations toward desired outcomes.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and calling processes (a plus).
