TeleCaller – B2B IT Services Sales

About the role

FrugalTesting is looking for a motivated TeleCaller to join its sales team in Hyderabad. You will engage with potential and existing B2B clients across India, the US, Singapore and Dubai, setting up sales meetings and promoting IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
• Present and convince prospects about FrugalTesting’s B2B IT services.
• Provide service information to customers over the phone.
• Capture client details (name, phone, company, requirements) using CRM tools.
• Maintain records of contacts, follow‑up calls and activity reports.
• Conduct customer surveys and gather market feedback.
• Follow up with previous customers for new sales opportunities.
• Work within the UK time zone (3 PM – midnight).

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken English and Hindi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner, adaptable and able to handle pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho.
