Tele Sales / Telecalling Executive (Noida)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target‑oriented Tele Sales/Telecalling Executive to join our growing sales team in Noida. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Experience in B2C or B2B sales is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
