Tele Sales Executive

About the role

As a Tele Sales Executive you will speak with students who have shown interest in higher‑education programmes, guide them step‑by‑step and help them complete their admission. This is the most sales‑focused position on the counselling floor, ideal for people who love targets and ethical closing.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to explain available courses and programmes.
• Identify each student’s goals, needs and preferences to recommend the right option.
• Answer questions clearly, handle objections with honest information and run consistent follow‑ups.
• Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions using ethical sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs and daily follow‑up sheets.
• Meet daily call and monthly conversion targets while collaborating with counselling and operations teams.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Confident, persuasive and able to understand student requirements.
• Target‑driven, consistent and resilient with strong calling discipline.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream; freshers welcome if communication is strong.
• Tele‑calling or BPO sales experience is a plus.
