Tele Sales Executive – Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and target‑oriented Tele Business Development Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata. The role focuses on outbound telesales, promoting our products and services to prospective customers and converting leads into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present company offerings.
• Pitch products/services effectively and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close sales confidently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• 12th pass or higher education.
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound telesales or related sales roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain detailed records.

What we offer

• In‑hand salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000, based on experience and performance.
• Monday‑Saturday work schedule (11 AM – 7 PM) with Sundays off.
