Tele Sales Executive – Bhubaneswar

About the role

The Tele Sales Executive will join TPI PAY’s sales team in Bhubaneswar, promoting the company’s digital payment solutions to prospective and existing customers over the phone. The role is full‑time, on‑site and is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to three years of tele‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to introduce TPI PAY’s prepaid card, Soundbox and other digital payment products.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, follow‑ups and conversions in the CRM system.
• Handle objections, answer product queries and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the onboarding team.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and provide regular feedback on market response.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory; a degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Management is preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in tele‑sales, inside sales or related customer‑facing roles; freshers are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasive ability and a target‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM or similar sales tracking tools.
