About the role
The Tele Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical services remotely, supporting patients and healthcare providers through digital channels. This position focuses on the digitisation of medicines, accurate prescription handling, and responsive customer support while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Digitise medicine information and ensure accurate electronic records.
- Process and verify prescriptions received via tele‑health platforms.
- Respond to customer queries, providing clear guidance on medication usage and safety.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- A sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of service delivered.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Good understanding of pharmacy processes, tasks and responsibilities.
