Tele Caller – Outbound & Inbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tele Caller to join our digital marketing team. In this full‑time hybrid position you will engage both outbound and inbound prospects, explain our services and generate qualified leads for UNEVO CONSULTANT.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote digital marketing solutions.
• Follow prepared scripts, maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records after each interaction.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings and provide clear information on service offerings and pricing.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, share customer feedback and support campaign outreach activities.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and a professional telephone manner.
• Active listening, empathy and the ability to handle objections calmly.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑management tools.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes.
• Interest or foundational knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, PPC and content marketing.
• Relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; higher education in business or marketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Ranchi and collaborate across functions.
