Tele-caller – Credit Card Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Tele‑caller to promote BankKaro’s partnered credit‑card products. You will contact prospective customers, explain card benefits and guide them through the application journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads for credit‑card offerings such as SBI, Axis, HSBC and other partners.
• Pitch credit‑cards clearly, describing benefits, eligibility, rewards and current offers.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable card options and handle queries or objections professionally.
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive application submissions and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
• Assist customers with required documentation, support the submission process and ensure accurate capture of application details.
• Track application progress, keep customers informed of status and next steps, and maintain precise call and lead records.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
• Disciplined follow‑up and target‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
