Tele Caller & Business Development Executive (Remote, India)

About the role

Lead Center Media is seeking a motivated Tele Caller & Business Development Executive to support its Australian client acquisition. The role is remote, working early‑morning IST to align with Australian business hours, and focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound warm leads during Australian business hours.
• Introduce company services, articulate value propositions and qualify leads against predefined criteria.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team and nurture prospects through follow‑up calls, emails and other channels.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the CRM, recording call notes and follow‑up activities.
• Research potential clients, identify new business opportunities and coordinate with marketing to improve lead conversion.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, appointments, qualified leads and conversions, and prepare regular activity reports.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in tele‑calling, inside sales, business development or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral or international accent.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working early mornings IST to match Australian business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads and sales pipelines.
