Technology Support Engineer

About the role

The Technology Support Engineer is responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. The role involves creating and implementing Requests for Change (RFC) and continuously updating knowledge‑base articles to improve troubleshooting efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting Windows Server and Azure environments.
• Create, review, and implement RFCs while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal service‑management teams for issue analysis and resolution.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take preventive actions.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• 15 years of full‑time education.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
