Technology Quality Technician

About the role

The Technology Quality Technician ensures that products, components and equipment meet defined specifications through systematic inspection, testing and documentation. This role blends hands‑on technical ability with a solid understanding of the Quality Management System and its impact on equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, sub‑assemblies and equipment against specifications using calibrated measurement systems.
• Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in accordance with approved procedures and standard work.
• Assist in designing test fixtures, setting them up, and, when authorized, calibrate measurement equipment.
• Document inspection and test results, verify result stability over time, and report findings.
• Participate in creating and reviewing Hazard Analyses and Risk Controls for inspection and test activities.
• Apply Manufacturing System principles to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Practical experience with inspection and testing activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems and the consequences of non‑conformances.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow hazard analysis and risk control procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
