Technology Business Analyst – OBKYC Platform Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Business Analyst to join the OBKYC (Onboarding & KYC) platform delivery team. The role focuses on business analysis and delivery execution, partnering with Product Owners, technology teams and business stakeholders to drive requirements through the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritise requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and solution discussions.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate with technology teams throughout development and testing phases.
• Assist with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
• Ensure requirement traceability and alignment with delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communications and project reporting.

Required profile

• 7‑11 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Financial Services or Banking.
• Strong background in technology delivery and change initiatives.
• Proven expertise in requirement gathering, documentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and development teams.
• Hands‑on experience supporting UAT and delivery activities.
