Technology Architect Axway API

About the role

The Technology Architect will join Viable Solutions in Hyderabad to design, implement and optimise Axway API solutions that meet business requirements and architectural standards. This full‑time, on‑site position involves close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to ensure high performance, security and scalability of the API platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise Axway API solutions.
• Define API architecture and oversee integration patterns.
• Guide development teams on best practices and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare technical documentation.
• Ensure performance, security and scalability of API platforms.
• Evaluate new tools and techniques relevant to Axway and API management.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Axway API platform architecture, configuration and deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with API design principles, RESTful services and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of API security standards, including authentication, authorization and encryption.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning and monitoring API gateways.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and produce clear documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as an API architect or senior integration engineer in complex enterprise environments is an advantage.
