Techno Commercial – Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Techno Commercial – Procurement Specialist supports the end‑to‑end purchasing process, from reviewing purchase requisitions to managing contracts and strategic sourcing for capital and operational expenditures.

Key responsibilities

• Review approved purchase requisitions, request missing information, and determine appropriate procurement method.
• Lead strategic sourcing activities for capex, opex, bulk material and services, including RFI/RFP preparation, bidder identification, and pre‑bid meetings.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of bids, negotiate with shortlisted vendors, and prepare approval notes.
• Prepare, issue and manage contracts, record them in the ERP system, and handle related guarantees and customs documents.
• Administer procurement through rate contracts, create master agreements, and generate purchase orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and contract execution for medium/large infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical or civil procurement categories.
