About the role

We are looking for motivated Technicians to join the engineering team at Hyatt Place Vithalapur. The role involves maintaining the hotel’s facilities, ensuring safety systems are operational, and delivering high‑quality service to guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and employees, handling enquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel success.
• Carry out all maintenance works and requests according to schedule, with special attention to guest‑related jobs.
• Operate assigned machines, equipment and primary plant to ensure continuous utilities.
• Verify, store and utilize fuel deliveries in line with established policies.
• Maintain and safely use power tools; submit purchase requests for parts and consumables.
• Keep work areas clean and protect surroundings while executing duties.
• Implement energy‑conservation measures and ensure fire, life and safety systems are operational.
• Perform emergency procedures such as fire‑alarm response and lift rescue.
• Complete work orders and preventive‑maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Report any abnormal conditions to the Engineering Team Leader.
• Assist other Technicians when requested.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings and uphold Hyatt’s values and standards.
