Technician – Engineering Support

About the role
The Technician will play a key part in delivering consistent, high‑quality service to guests by ensuring the Engineering Department runs smoothly. Working closely with other operational teams, the role supports the overall functionality of the hotel’s facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day operation of the Engineering Department.
- Provide technical support to all other hotel departments as needed.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot building systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programmes and respond to urgent technical issues.
Required profile
- Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management (desirable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician/Tradesperson in a hotel environment, or 4 years in a large building/complex with a central plant.
Required skills
- Electrical engineering knowledge.
- Mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Understanding of building management systems.
