Technical Writer – AI Security Platform

About the role

Pragmatike is recruiting for a global enterprise cybersecurity company that is building a next‑generation AI security platform. The role focuses on creating accurate, technically rigorous documentation for end‑users, administrators, and developers as the product moves toward general availability.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑user, administrator, and API documentation, from initial structure through ongoing maintenance.
• Create deployment and integration guides with code samples and configuration references for gateway, endpoint, cloud discovery, and platform components.
• Write release notes, in‑product help, and maintain documentation standards and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers to generate API documentation from OpenAPI and protobuf definitions, keeping it aligned with product releases.
• Review technical examples for accuracy, consistency, and usability, and gather feedback from customers and support to close documentation gaps.
• Leverage AI writing and coding assistants to draft, review, and update documentation at scale while ensuring technical validation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical writing experience for developer‑ or administrator‑facing B2B software.
• Ability to read Go, Python, OpenAPI, and protobuf sufficiently to document APIs, configurations, and code examples.
• Experience with docs‑as‑code workflows (Markdown, Git, static site generators, CI‑based publishing).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or a proven ability to learn complex technical domains quickly.
• Excellent written English and a rigorous process for validating AI‑generated content.
