Technical Writer – AI Infrastructure & Enterprise Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce clear, accurate documentation and content covering AI infrastructure, data centers, GPU computing, cloud and enterprise hardware. The role supports IT professionals and decision‑makers by translating complex specifications into understandable material.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form technical content for landing and product pages.
• Develop detailed technical documentation and implementation guides for AI infrastructure solutions.
• Research and author whitepapers on AI compute, cloud, security and emerging enterprise technologies.
• Produce product specifications and technical blog posts aimed at architects, engineers and senior technology leaders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and subject‑matter experts to gather and validate information.
• Maintain consistency in terminology, diagrams, tables and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Native English speaker.
• Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical subjects.
• Experience writing for IT, infrastructure or enterprise technology audiences.
• Strong research skills and quick learning of unfamiliar technical topics.
• Excellent attention to technical accuracy and detail.
