Technical Training Officer

About the role

The Technical Training Officer ensures that all technical personnel receive the knowledge, skills, and competency required to meet regulatory and quality standards. The role supports compliance with cGXP regulations, data governance, and safety policies across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with cGXP, cGMP, SOP, and EHS policies.
• Manage internal and external regulatory audits and ensure data reliability.
• Develop, review, and deliver technical training modules, including induction and competency‑based programs.
• Oversee the Lupin Learning Management System (L2LMS) and ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate external technical training programs and contractual employee training.
• Track training effectiveness, compile monthly training summaries, and provide feedback to trainers.
• Manage departmental resources, equipment, and safety compliance.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation in Science or Pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data governance, and safety standards.
• Ability to develop training plans, conduct sessions, and evaluate outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (L2LMS).
• Knowledge of cGMP and cGXP compliance.
• Data governance and data integrity awareness.
