Technical Trainer – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

About the role

The MEP Technical Trainer will deliver high‑quality, hands‑on training in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades to students at the EFSIM Skills Development Academy. The role combines classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and assessment preparation to ready trainees for employment in the Gulf and Indian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing modules, using live demonstrations, tools and equipment.
• Develop, customise and continuously improve training curricula to align with industry standards and emerging technologies.
• Assess trainee performance through assignments, practical evaluations and written tests, and maintain detailed training records.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand industry skill needs and prepare trainees for technical interviews.
• Provide mentorship, motivation and feedback to support trainee skill enhancement and career progression.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI/B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent certification in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing trade.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in the MEP field and 2–6 years of experience delivering technical or vocational training.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a proven capacity to engage diverse learners.
• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance and continuous learning.
