Technical Sourcer – Remote (India)

About the role

The Technical Sourcer will join the Global Resource Management team at World Wide Technology, supporting contract staffing for India and other regions. Working remotely, you will manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, build relationships with resource managers, and help grow WWT’s regional business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with resource managers to fulfill business hiring needs.
• Post job openings, screen candidates, and track applications using Bullhorn.
• Attend cadence calls to ensure candidates progress through the recruitment process.
• Conduct prescreening and technical interviews in partnership with resource managers.
• Review and pre‑qualify potential candidates.
• Research and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
• Meet management and leadership objectives throughout the year.
• Provide flexible support as needed to the Global Resourcing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience hiring for contract roles across India.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting direct client contract hiring in India.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client staffing for contract positions in India.
• Proven ability to support on‑site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee referrals.
• Strong team‑player mindset within a global resourcing environment.
